• Enquiries: Your name, phone number, optional email, subject and message — used only to respond to you.
• Newsletter: Your email address, if you choose to subscribe. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous statistics about how the website is used (pages visited, buttons tapped) to improve the site. This does not identify you.

How we protect your information

• The "reason for visit" you share while booking is private and visible only to authorised hospital staff.
• Data is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• We collect the minimum information needed and never sell your data to anyone.
• Appointment records are retained only as long as needed for care and legal requirements, then removed or anonymised.

Your choices

• Email is optional when booking — you can book with just a phone number.
• You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information by calling reception or emailing us.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to us.
